The Importance of Keeping on Keeping On

Very often we are approached by clients unhappy with their current social media campaigns.
The number one complaint is a lack of return on investment.
This brings us to question of investment vs. results.
For some reason, there are unscrupulous agencies selling pipe dreams to potential clients in order to get the business.
Social media results are equal to the input. There seems to be a misconception that by investing a small amount it may bring about big results.
Allow us to use the concept of a snowball running down a mountainside.
In order for the snowball to increase in size, it needs to pick more snow up along the way down.
The less snow on the way down the smaller the snowball remains. This is the concept of internet marketing also.
Little quality content equals less views equals less clients equals less sales.
More quality content equals more views equals more clients equals more sales.
As with everything in life the more you put in the more you get out.
The bigger your advertising budget the bigger the chance of more clients.
It is therefore advised that any new client be made aware that simply having a website or spending a very small amount of money on advertising will bring about a large number of new clients.
The length of any campaign is relative to the above in terms of overall success.
